MAKE THINGS MORE BEAUTIFUL/MAKE MORE BEAUTIFUL THINGS

Some of my works are ethereal and impractical and some are utilitarian. I like to let the idea I am trying to express dictate the materials and processes I use.  I value elegant function as much as delightful flights of fancy.  I am the sort of person who wants to know everything about everything.  I am continually researching and asking questions and looking for the details and mechanisms that make things work, both physically and mentally.  My highest goal as an artist is to be a part of a thriving creative community. I love working as a part of a team to create artwork and experiences that are bigger than one person, and more lasting than the moment in time they are shared.
